This is for brothers who are already initiated members of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. but aren’t yet set up in the chapter portal system — it’s different from the public Membership Interest form for prospective new members.

Submit your name and email below and the chapter’s Admin and Secretary will review your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a magic link by email to log in — no password needed.
